The Hanover Board of Health, in conjunction with the Hanover Visiting Nurse
\nAssociation, has set the second clinic date to provide H1N1 vaccination.
\nThis clinic will be to vaccinate only those individuals who meet the
\nfollowing criteria:<\/p>\n
. pregnant women;<\/p>\n
. all children 6 months to 18 years of age;<\/p>\n
. household contacts of infants younger than 6 months of age.<\/p>\n
Place: South Shore Vocational Technical High School, 476 Webster Street,
\nHanover (Please note that it will NOT be held at the Hanover High School
\nlike the previous clinic and as it erroneously says in this week’s Mariner)<\/p>\n
Date: Saturday, December 12, 2009 (28 days after the November clinic.perfect
\nfor kids ages 9 and under who need a second shot)<\/p>\n
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
Please call the Hanover Board of Health with questions, (781) 826-4611, do
\nnot call the South Shore Vocational Technical High School.<\/p>\n
** Please avoid long sleeved clothing or tight fitting sleeves.<\/p>\n
