I have been fielding questions regarding Phase II of the King Street
\nRecreation Complex lately and am pleased to share the Parks and Recreation
\nCommittee’s project proposal that was submitted to the Community
\nPreservation Committee a couple of months ago. The CPC public hearing was
\nheld last night, and a vote will be taken on this proposal (and many others)
\nat their meeting next week, Wednesday, January 20th at 7:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
In the meantime, please take some time to download (please be patient, it is
\na 6 MB file) and read (again, carve out some time, it is 27 pages long) the
\napplication and learn about the King Street project. It can be found here:

\n009.pdf . As an aside but still worth mentioning, the Parks and Recreation
\nCommittee is indebted and grateful to DPW Superintendent Victor Diniak for

If the proposal is passed by CPC, we will be voting on it as a town in May
\nat Town Meeting. An educated voter makes the best decisions!<\/p>\n
