As the legal proceedings continue regarding the Hanover High School project,
\nI thought I would take a moment to call your attention to a page of the
\nSchool Building Committee’s section of the Hanover Schools website. The
\nlist of legal documents may be found here:

One document that I have not featured yet here on ATOTW is the Appeals Court
\ndecision by Judge Mills on December 22nd that overturned the injunction
\ninvoked by Judge Chin. It may be found here:<\/p>\n

\n-09.pdf . Of particular note is the emphasis the judge put on the
\ninjunction’s burden to the town that begins at the bottom of page 6 and
\ncontinues on page 7.<\/p>\n
While the concrete is being poured daily at the new building site, the legal
\nproceedings will continue. I will endeavor to keep you up-to-date, but I
\nalso encourage you to consult the School Building Committee’s section of the
\nHanover Schools website if you are looking for further information.<\/p>\n
