The Supreme Judicial Court for the Commonwealth will hear the court case
\nregarding the new Hanover High School on March 1st, 2010. This is contrary
\nto previous information that the case was going to be heard in the Appeals
\nCourt in February. Court case SJC-10643, which is listed as "Kirk Fordyce
\nand others vs. the Town of Hanover and another", will be heard at 9:00 a.m.
\non that day in the John Adams Courthouse, One Pemberton Square in Boston.<\/p>\n
