The lawsuit regarding the high school construction project continues to move
\ntoward the March 1st hearing in the Supreme Judicial Court. Recently, the
\nAttorney General motioned to intervene in the suit against the town. Her
\nmotion to intervene, as filed by AAG Kevin Conroy, may be found here:

\nthis means that the AG would like to join the 10 taxpayers as an Appellant
\nin the suit.<\/p>\n
