\nas he presents an illustrated lecture on the evolution of chocolate and the
\nBaker Chocolate Company which was founded along the Neponset River in 1765
\nby Dr. James Baker. Over the next two centuries the company became one of
\nthe leading chocolate and cocoa manufacturers in North America.<\/p>\n
