Want to be involved with a fun organization that promotes the arts,
\nhumanities and sciences in Hanover? The Hanover Cultural Council, a branch
\nof the Massachusetts Cultural Council, is seeking new members. We are
\nallotted an allocation each year from the state to give out to the community
\nin the form of grants. We strive to reach as many members of the town’s
\npopulation as possible. We have granted money in the past to the John
\nCurtis Library, Hanover Schools, Hanover Council on Aging, Harbor Choral
\nArts Society, and much more. We are the organization who runs Hanover Day
\nin June and Kite Day in April. We are also seeking volunteers to help us
\nwith the planning of Hanover Day 2010 which will take place on June 26th
\nthis year. There are small and large projects that we need assistance with
\nand any help you can give, even just an hour or two, would be very
