Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
This just in.as a follow-up to last weekend’s fundraiser that honored cancer
\nfighter and Hanover resident Julie Porzio!<\/p>\n
The "Friends of Julie" would like to thank all those who contributed to the
\nsuccess of our first fund raiser. Due to the overwhelming response, we were
\nable to send our first recipients (the Desantis Family, from Pembroke whose
\nmom was recent diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer) to Disney World for
\nApril vacation. <\/p>\n
We are also happy to announce that we are moving forward with our 501c-3
\nnon-profit designation. Our mission statement will be to fund "Family Time"
\nfor late stage cancer patients with their children. This will include
\ntrips, sporting events and quality time. Please stay tuned…..<\/p>\n
