To honor the birthday of Special Olympics founder Eunice Kennedy Shriver<\/p>\n
The Young Athletes Open House and Demonstration Day will welcome young
\nathletes, under the age of 8, and their families to enjoy a morning of fun
\nactivities and an opportunity to socialize with other families.<\/p>\n
For those who are not familiar with the Young Athletes Program held on
\nSaturday mornings at Cardinal Cushing Centers, 405 Washington Street in
\nHanover, the event will also serve as an introduction to the program, which
\npromotes gross motor development, hand\/eye coordination and socialization
\nskills. Bring your bathing suits for a dip in our beach entry, 4-foot pool,
\nenjoy the obstacle course, the outdoor track, music, refreshments and more!<\/p>\n
