The Hanover Board of Health, in conjunction with the Hanover
\nVisiting Nurse Association, has set the date for the first adult seasonal influenza
\nIMMUNIZATION CLINIC at the Hanover Town Hall, 550 Hanover Street, in the
\nlarge hearing room on the first floor:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Wednesday, October 20, 2010, 9:00
\na.m. – 11:00 a.m. &nb sp; <\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
PNEUMONIA AND TETANUS VACCINES will also be
\nadministered at this time for those who need to update their immunizations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
MEDICARE B recipients’ are asked to present
\ntheir Medicare card for Flu and\/or Pneumonia vaccine. <\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
COST: No charge for Hanover residents or $5.00 for
\nnon-residents.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Children under 18 years old must have written doctors orders
\nfaxed to the Board of Health prior to the clinic date: 781-826-5289.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Donations to the Hanover Visiting Nurse Association would be
\nappreciated.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
** Please avoid long sleeved clothing or tight
\nfitting sleeves. <\/p>\n
