PNEUMONIA AND TETANUS VACCINES will also be administered at this time for those who need to update their immunizations.<\/p>\n
MEDICARE B recipients\u2019 are asked to present their Medicare card for Flu and\/or Pneumonia vaccine.<\/p>\n
COST: No charge for Hanover residents.<\/p>\n
Children under 18 years old must have written doctors orders faxed to the Board of Health prior to the clinic date: 781-826-5289.<\/p>\n
Donations to the Hanover Visiting Nurse Association would be appreciated.<\/p>\n
