In addition to the three state-wide referendums that will
\nappear on your November 2nd ballots, please also be aware that there
\nis a fourth question that deserves your study. It reads as follows:<\/p>\n

“QUESTION 4<\/p>\n
Shall a charter study commission
\nbe created to study the present governmental structure of Plymouth County to
\nconsider and make findings concerning the form of government and make
\nrecommendations thereon?”<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
If the charter study commission is created, then your vote
\nto elect a charter study commissioner will matter. Here in District 8, we
\nhave two candidates on the ballot, hometown favorite Caitlin Cavanaugh or her
\nopponent Richard Flynn of Hanson.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I encourage you to do your homework on this one and make an
\ninformed decision come November 2nd.<\/p>\n
