Mosquito spraying this Friday

Dear fellow Hanoverians:
The Town of Hanover Board of Selectmen and Board of Health, in an
effort to be proactive, have asked the Plymouth County Mosquito
Control to spray the Town owned recreational fields. They are
scheduled to do this on Friday morning (8/31/12) between the hours of
3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Information on the types of spray they will be
using is attached to this e-mail, and if you require additional
information you can go to their website at:

The Hanover Public Schools is also arranging to have their fields
sprayed by Plymouth County Mosquito Control and will follow the
required notification protocols as to when this will be occurring.
*Please keep in mind that spraying only reduces the amount of
mosquitoes and does not get rid of them completely. If you plan on
using the fields please continue take the necessary safety
precautions, i.e. wear long pants and shirts with long sleeves and use
insect repellent containing DEET. Avoid being outdoors after dusk,
which is when mosquitoes are most active. *
