Silhouettes to benefit the Friends of the Library

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

Have you ever had your kids’ silhouettes done?  I
cherish the ones of my kids.  I’ve had them done twice and love
seeing the changes over the years.  Here’s your chance…and
for a good cause!

Just in time for Mother’s Day…the Friends of the John
Curtis Free Library are very pleased to announce that Joy Anne MacConnell will
be making a limited number of her beautiful silhouettes at the John Curtis Free
Library on Saturday, May 2nd.  With a tiny pair of surgical
scissors, Joy Anne MacConnell, an internationally known silhouette artist, will
freehand cut your child’s silhouette portrait in minutes.  Each $60
sitting produces 2 mirror-image silhouettes (additional copies are available on
request).  This is a wonderful way to celebrate a mother (or grandmother)
and to preserve your child’s image in a most unique way!  Please
call Patty Murphy at 781-826-7375 as soon as possible to schedule a sitting as
the schedule fills up quickly.  All proceeds will benefit the Friends of
the John Curtis Free Library.
