The Poop Museum (can’t make this up!)

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

This e-blast submission made me laugh. Oh, to have a 6-year-old again?!

The Poop Museum at John Curtis Library
Saturday, May 4, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The Poop Museum is a children’s program all about the serious science of
poop and pooping, delivered with the silliness that you might imagine
accompanying a program about poop for kids. It is the perfect combination
of fun and fabulous, fascinating facts, so that kids never forget what they
learned.
Educator Susie Maguire has presented the program at libraries and schools
all over the U.S. and in other countries.
The program covers questions such as:
• Does every animal poop? (Spoiler: NO!)
• Is there really sweet, tasty poop that you can eat? (Spoiler: YES!)
• Is there really poop that you can play in? (Spoiler: YES!)
• Who is the world’s messiest, fartiest, pooper?
• Which animal does a poop dance?
• Which animal has poop attack power?
• Which animal eats their mom’s poop?
• and much more!

The program is fast paced and highly interactive and includes pictures and
videos and puppets.
Aimed at the 5-10 age group, the program engages kids as young as 3 and as
old as 12. Parents love it too.
