Two Old Friends come back to Hanover

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

â??Two Old Friendsâ?? will make a welcome return to the John Curtis
Library on Wednesday, April 27th at 7:00 p.m. With banjo, guitar,
mandolin, concertina, and octave mandolin, Mac McHale and Emery
Hutchins tell a story in music of how immigrants came to this country
from Ireland, Scotland, and Great Britain, bringing their melodies and
instruments. The Two Old Friendsâ?? performance includes ballads,
gospel sing-a-longs, traditional Irish tunes, and storytelling. This
concert is sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Admission is free
and refreshments will be served.
