*Alumni Speed and Agility Camp*
For the third straight year, Ryan Shea, Matt Shea, and James Wheeler
will host the Hanover Alumni Speed & Agility Camp. This Hanover Park &
Recreation program is open to all Hanover youth athletes, ages 9-18,
who wish to improve their fitness and athletic performance prior to
the fall sports season. The Alumni Speed & Agility Camp teaches the
proper techniques to various game related movements that will sharpen
the athleteâ??s understanding of how to react to different scenarios
in live athletic competition.
Dates: Session 1: July 5th â?? July 22nd
Session 2: July 25th â?? August 12th
