*The Hanover Senior Center is offering a NEW EVENING PROGRAM:*
*What: STRETCH AND RELAXATION*
*When: WEDNESDAYS in OCTOBER*
*TIME: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.*
*Where: Hanover Senior Center, 665 Center Street*
*Cost: FREE!*
*GREAT CLASS FOR THE “STILL WORKING” SENIOR.*

This is a trial run evening class to see if there is any interest. The
program is free for the month of October! If you are still working,
this will be a great chance for you to use the Senior Center!
Stretching improves flexibility, balance and prevents injury and it is
good for everyone. This class is geared to improve physical condition.
The methods are gentle and easy, conforming to individual differences
in muscle tension and flexibility. The format is stretching combined
with balance exercises to enhance physical and mental well being. Come
and join us. Class begins on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. beginning
on October 5, 2011.
*ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:*
Neil Sullivan is an Exercise Physiologist who has spent the last
twelve years teaching health and fitness as a Lifestyle to people of
all ages, levels and abilities. Neil has a wide range of experience
and implements programs that strengthen and condition the body.
Neil’s intention is to enable people to live healthier and more
peaceful lives while incorporating a lifestyle of exercise and
nutrition that integrates the body, mind and spirit.
