*What*: Be calorie-proactive ~ that is “burn ‘em before you
consume ‘em” by joining Jen Lloyd for a pre-feast workout that’s
so much fun it doesn’t feel like a workout. All levels welcome!

*When*: Thursday, November 24th, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

*Donations of cash, gift cards to Shaw’s or Shop & Shop, or
non-perishable items will be happily accepted for the Hanover Food
Pantry.
