Hanover Summer Lacrosse Camp

Dear fellow Hanoverians:
Below please find a fantastic opportunity for your girls’ lacrosse
player. Take her lax skills to the next level!
July 17th through August 23rd
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at King Street Fields
They are proud to announce that Minnie Doherty has joined the camp!
Minnie Doherty is a former Norwell High School and Northwestern
graduate. Minnie has coached for the Amonte Sports camps and the
Wildcat Elite Club Team in Chicago. During her time in graduate
school, she was an assistant lacrosse coach at The Harpeth Hall School
in Nashville and the head varsity coach at Pope John Paul II High
School in Hendersonville, TN. Minnie currently volunteers with the
Norwell High School Girls’ Lacrosse team. She is the owner and
director of Pure Lacrosse, which is a club team for 5th – 8th grade
girls.
The camp with also be coached by the 2013 Hanover girls varsity
lacrosse captains!
The coaching staff includes:
Taylor Graf will be coaching the seventh and eighth graders this
summer. She is entering her senior year at Hanover High. She was named
captain for her senior season. A four year varsity starter at attack,
she plays club lacrosse for NESSLL and participated in the summer Bay
State Games. She was named a Brines 2012 National all-American
underclassman.
Rachel Lawrence will be coaching the fifth and sixth graders this
summer. Rachel was named captain for her senior season. She has
started for the varsity lax team four years in arrow at attack. Rachel
has been playing club lax for the Mass Elite club team for the past
two years. Rachel is also a member of the summer Bay State Games
lacrosse team.
Casey Connors Will be coaching third and fourth graders this summer.
Casey was named captain for her senior season. She is a four year
starter on the varsity at defense. Casey is a member of the Mass Elite
club team. She will also be playing in the summer Bay State Games.
Casey received the sportsmanship award her sophomore season.
Madison Quinlan will be coaching K through second grade this summer.
She is entering her junior year at Hanover High. She also plays for
the high school lacrosse team. Maddie loves kids and is great at
teaching the correct fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun and effective
way. She has also helped coach the kindergarten lacrosse program in
town.
All of these girls have been through Hanover’s youth program and
want to give back to the community while sharing their love for the
sport. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity!
This lacrosse camp is offered to girls in current kindergarten to
incoming freshman. Every player must have a stick, goggles and a
colored mouth guard.
Players must be a U S Lacrosse member.
This will be a summer program supervised by the Director of the
Hanover Youth Lacrosse program. Each week they will focus on skills,
drills, games and fun. Don’t miss out. The spaces are limited so do
not hesitate to sign up.
The cost of the camp is $150.00 for six weeks of summer camp, two days
a week!
