*Calling all Kindergartners!*
*Kindergarten Registration* *at Cedar School and Center School,
Hanover, MA*
The Hanover Schools are pleased to invite the parents/guardians of
children who will be five years of age prior to September 1, 2013 to
come to their district school on:
*Thursday, March 21, 2013* */between the hours of/ 9:30 a.m. and 11:00
a.m.*
to register their children for Kindergarten for the 2013 – 2014 school
year.
The schools request that you bring the following when you come to
register:
· original birth certificate
· verification of residency/address in Hanover
· report of the most recent physical examination and immunizations
As part of the registration process, please complete the following
forms which you can download from the school’s website at
www.hanoverschools.org
:
· registration form
· medical history form
· parent information sheet
· developmental questionnaire
Please follow the link under Hanover Public Schools/Forms and
Documents/Kindergarten Forms. If you are unable to download these
forms, you will be able to pick up a registration packet at your
district school. It is not necessary for children to attend this
registration on March 11th, March 13th, or March 14th.
Children who have all of the above documentation on file will be
scheduled for a time to come to school and participate in a screening
process in early May.
