Dear fellow Hanoverians:
Consider yourself warmly invited to “Irish Lore and Legends” on
Saturday, March 23rd at 7:00 p.m. This event was previously scheduled
to occur on March 9th, but was postponed due to a snowstorm. It will
be an evening of intriguing stories about Irish Americans who called
Hanover home. Stories will be shared in the historic Stetson House
Museum, the home one of Hanover’s first taverns. Learn fascinating
tales of Irish immigrants and hear what everyday life was like for
them.
After the program you are invited to Squires of Hanover, a traditional
Irish pub, where you can have a free appetizer. Tickets are $15 for
non-members and $10 for members. Please join the Hanover Historical
Society on this special night in collaboration with Squires Pub of
Hanover. Reservations are required. Space is limited.
