Where do we find out what services we or our loved ones need, how do
we get those services, and will Medicare pay for it? Whether
rehabilitating after surgery, recovering from an illness or dealing
with a chronic health issue, it is important to ensure that your
healthcare wishes are known. NVNA and Hospice clinicians will provide
valuable healthcare information and communication tools to help ensure
your wishes are known.
Learn how to navigate the various healthcare settings, maintain good
communications with healthcare providers and take control of your
healthcare.
Please join the Hanover VNA Tuesday, April 9th for an informative
afternoon! Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
