Dear fellow Hanoverians:
Would your child enjoy making new recipes to share with friends and
family? At “Cook with Me,” children, grades 1 through 6, will
learn basic kitchen skills and make delicious meals and desserts. Led
by Instructor Lee Ann Arbia, the group will explore food from
different South American countries, including empanadas, cinnamon
rolls, cake, tacos, and more.
There are two sessions, one on Thursday afternoons (Oct. 3, 10, 17,
24, and Nov. 7) from 4:30—6:00 pm, the other on Saturday mornings
(Oct. 5, 12, 19, 26, and Nov. 2) from 10—11:30 am. “Cook With
Me” will be held at Hanover Parks and Recreation Center (624 Circuit
Street). The fee is $100.
