Anchor Race and Girl Scouts

Dear fellow Hanoverians:
I had the good fortune to attend the Massachusetts Town Clerk’s
Association Fall Conference in Springfield this past week and am grateful
for the opportunity to attend. I learned so much – about business
certificates, document preservation, ethics, local mandates including those
related to the new election laws, and so much more.

The only downside is that I therefore sometimes miss the opportunity to be
as timely as I might like with my “Around Town on the Web” postings.
So, I beg for your understanding as I send along two different notices in
this e-blast so that you will get both before tomorrow.

The Hanover Newcomers Club is proud to announce the 6th running of the

The Hanover Girl Scout Service Unit will be holding a Fall Fun Day on
Sunday, October 5th at Forge Pond Park. The event will run from 3:00 –
4:30. This is a casual event of field games and socializing with Girl Scout
friends. The event is open to all registered Hanover Girl Scouts and anyone
new who is interested in joining this year. A registration table will be
set up with information and to register your daughter with a troop.
