Please join the Hanover Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC)
for a workshop for parents and teachers on “Stress Awareness: How Parents
Can Help Their Children with Stress” presented by Rana Chudnofsky, Tuesday,
March 10th at Center Elementary School in Hanover. This workshop has been
rescheduled from February 10th. Please note that this is a new location –
Center Elementary School in Hanover.
Research shows that children and teens that are trained in mind body
techniques develop more efficient work habits, and feel less stress and
anxiety. In this workshop, Ms. Chudnofsky will discuss stress reduction
for children and useful strategies for parents and educators. Please see
