Dear fellow Hanoverians:
Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 3rd, 2015, we will be voting to fill the
vacancy caused by the death of State Senator Thomas P. Kennedy.
Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Hanover High School.
Tuesday is a half day at HHS, so the parking lot will be very busy from
approximately 6:45 a.m. – 7:45 a.m., and then again from approximately
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Please plan your trip to the polls accordingly; if
you can avoid those times, that would be terrific. If you are dropping off
or picking up your student, come vote while you are there!
When you do arrive at the high school to vote, please park in the specially
marked “Election Parking Only, 15 minutes” spaces. Please do not park in
the student or teacher parking spots outside of those signs. Please do not
park in the election spaces if you are there for school related business.
There are three candidates on the ballot. Here is a link to their names
and addresses so that you can mull over who to vote for prior to arriving
at the polls:
