Dear fellow Hanoverians:

Sustainable Hanover Forum and Fall/Colonial Gardening Workshop
Monday November 13, 2017, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Hanover (John Curtis) Library, 534 Hanover Street – Large Meeting Room

Join Sustainable Hanover as they welcome The Grateful Garden to speak at a
fall/colonial vegetable and sustainable gardening presentation.

Topics include Colonial Gardening, Plants and Herbs of the Pilgrims and
Early Colonists, Fall Planting and Lawn Care, Season Extension, and Sheet
Mulching/Lasagna Gardening.
This is part of an ongoing community engagement series sponsored by
Sustainable Hanover, designed to discuss practical actions South Shore
residents can take to help reduce, reuse, and recycle while helping build
community and a more sustainable future. All are welcome to add their
thoughts, ideas, and involvement in any way possible for a more sustainable
community.

For more information, please email SustainableHanoverMA@gmail.com. RSVP’s
are helpful for preparation, but not necessary. The more the merrier, so
bring a friend!

Gatherings/meetings are normally every 2nd Monday of the month from 6:00 –
7:30 p.m. Next month, Monday December 11, 2017 some topics will be Winter
Projects/Upcycling, House Plants, and Edible/Plant Gift Giving.
