COFFEE WITH A COP/Cost: Free

Join the COA as Sergeant Smith will be there for Coffee with a Cop. The
program brings police officers and the community members they serve
together- over coffee-to discuss issues and learn more about each other.

“BEYOND THE MAT: CHANGE YOUR LIFE”/SERIES 3”/Cost: Free
Wednesday, February 6, 27, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., continues in April for
series #4. Tame your mind, release anxiety, sleep better. All levels,
guided by Kripalu certified instructor, Nancy Boyle. Funded by the Friends

TEA W/ELEANOR ROOSEVELT/Cost: $3.00
Monday, February 11, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
Joins the COA as “The First Lady of The World, Eleanor Roosevelt” and
as one of the top ten most admired people of the 20th century returns to
the HCOA. She was the longest-serving First Lady of the United States and
the first presidential spouse to hold press conferences, write a syndicated
newspaper column, and speak at a national convention. Tea and dessert will

PAINTING W/TAMI TRAFT/Cost: $5.00
Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
Tami Traft uses acrylic paints to teach this class. Participants leave with
a beautiful painting ready to hang. Supplies provided. Sponsored in part by

Medical Cannabis Information Series: Patient Benefits. A Medical Cannabis:
Access and Choice Informational Session to discuss benefits/how to become a
Medical Cannabis patient and the Medical Use of Marijuana Programs in
Massachusetts. Hosted by MedWell Health & Wellness with staff from a
Medical Cannabis Dispensary, Curaleaf, will speak and answer questions.
Medical Cannabis Evaluation service by MedWell Health and Wellness on site,

The scandal and mysterious events surrounding the tragic drowning of a
young woman, as Ted Kennedy drove his car off the infamous bridge, are
revealed, starring Jason Clarke as Ted Kennedy and Kate Mara as Mary Jo

MEMOIR WRITING WITH KEVIN SYMMONS/Cost: Free
Monday, February 25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
Plumbing executive turned best-selling author Kevin V. Symmons talks about
his “2nd Annual Write Off Competition.” He will be accepting
submissions from attendees who would like to participate in his literary
challenge. His published works include, RITE OF PASSAGE, OUT OF THE STORM,
SOLO, and CHRYSALIS. Aspiring authors of all ages should provide Kevin with
a three-page sampling of their work. After a review of the submissions
Kevin will select a few to submit to his publishing house. Kevin will
inspire writers of all ages and provide key tips to becoming a successful
