This just in. Yes, it is planned for tomorrow/Saturday as I write this.
But the need is real so I am sending it along! Every little bit helps and
I am so proud of my town and these folks for this amazing service.
Drive Thru/Drop Off
Community Food Drive
Saturday, June 27 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
St. Mary’s parking lot
Specific items requested:
Meal kits (shortcut dinners)
Canned/pouched tuna, meats, or chicken
Canned soups, stews, chili
Chef Boyardee meals
Canned vegetables/fruit
Instant potatoes
Boxed mac and cheese
Rice, pasta, noodles
Tomato sauce
Pancake mix and syrup
Cereal and oatmeal
Peanut butter, nut/seed butters
Jelly/jam
Dried fruit
Loaves of bread, hamburger and hotdog rolls
Granola/cereal bars
Cookies, crackers, graham crackers
Juice, juice boxes, bottled water, shelf stable milk
Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, pickles)
Donations of grocery gift cards are also greatly appreciated.
The Food Drive is in support of the Hanover Food Pantry and the Hanover
Schools Outreach program.
