World Braille Day

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

Please join Hanover Unity this Saturday, January 21st, at 3:00 p.m. at the
John Curtis Free Library, 534 Hanover Street. All in attendance will learn
and celebrate World Braille Day. The group will hear a story and learn
about Louis Braille, a French educator and the inventor of a reading and
writing system. The system was named braille after him and is intended for
use by visually impaired people. Those in attendance will then create some
crafts together.

All ages are welcome, craft supplies are included, and the event is free!!

Sponsored by the Hanover Unity Council. Please contact
hanoverunitycouncil@gmail.com with questions. Please see the attached flyer
for details or more information.
