Dear fellow Hanoverians:
There is a Special Town Meeting this coming Monday, December 8th beginning
at 7:00 p.m. at Hanover High School, 287 Cedar Street. Check in begins at
6:00 p.m. Residents are encouraged to come early to allow plenty of time
to check in and find a seat. Park in the front of the building to
facilitate getting in the check-in line quickly, or park in the back or at
Cedar School and be prepared to walk around to the front (dress for the
weather!). Please carpool if you are able as parking is limited and a good
crowd is expected.

. Please note that (as of this writing on Friday afternoon), the
petitioner was planning a different motion on Article 5 than is planned by
the AdComm.
Paper copies of the Warrant are available at Hanover Town Hall or they will
also be available Monday night at the High School.
Residents may watch the Special Town Meeting live on the Town of
Hanover’s social media channels and Hanover Community Television (Video
On-Demand). Please note that the meeting will not be accessible via Zoom.
If you wish to participate in the meeting, you MUST appear in person. Town
Meeting does NOT have a remote meeting provision!
