Question One: Shall the Town of Hanover be allowed to exempt from the
provisions of Proposition Two and One-Half, so-called, the amounts required
to pay for the bonds issued in order to pay the Town’s share of the costs
of designing, constructing, furnishing and equipping a new South Shore
Vocational Technical High School building, including all costs incidental
and related thereto?
