Dear fellow Hanoverians:

The Hanover Board of Health, in conjunction with the Hanover Visiting Nurse
Association, has set the date for the final annual ADULT IMMUNIZATION

influenza vaccine at this clinic. Pneumonia and tetanus vaccines will also
be administered at this clinic for those who need to update their
immunizations.

(The Board of Health will be holding separate immunization clinics to
provide residents with the NEW H1N1 Influenza vaccine, to be published right
here on ATOTW and on the town’s website at www.hanover-ma.gov.)

Immunizations at this clinic will be administered at the Hanover Town Hall
in the large hearing room on the first floor (please use the side ramp
entrance or enter at the lower level for elevator access) on:

Tuesday, January 12th, 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

MEDICARE B recipients’ are asked to present their Medicare card for Flu

Donations to the Hanover Visiting Nurse Association would be appreciated.
