The Hanover Board of Health, in conjunction with the Hanover Visiting Nurse Association, has set dates for the 2nd and 3rd ADULT IMMUNIZATION CLINIC at the NEW Hanover Council on Aging, 665 Center Street:

5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Monday, November 8, 2010
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
PNEUMONIA AND TETANUS VACCINES will also be administered at this time for those who need to update their immunizations.
MEDICARE B recipients’ are asked to present their Medicare card for Flu and/or Pneumonia vaccine.
COST: No charge for Hanover residents.
Children under 18 years old must have written doctors orders faxed to the Board of Health prior to the clinic date: 781-826-5289.
Donations to the Hanover Visiting Nurse Association would be appreciated.
** Please avoid long sleeved clothing or tight fitting sleeves.
