Greetings ATOTW friends and music-lovers, alike!

How about a Hanover Community Chorus?

Does a Hanover Community Chorus appeal to the multitudes of music
lovers in our midst? Would you like to be involved in singing with
your family and friends with the emphasis being casual and fun, but
not technical and exacting? What would you say if we would meet to
sing twice monthly?

It’s so easy to make a difference! Just remember to bring a copy of
the attached flyer to the Hanover Bruegger’s on Saturday or Sunday,
December 17 – 18th anytime between 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 15%
of your purchase will come back to our wonderful music programs.

Please join the *Friends of Hanover Music (FHM)* in an effort to raise
some much needed funds for our music programs. The mission of the
*FHM* is to foster educational awareness of the music programs among
the schools, parents, and the community, and to advocate for
excellence in music education on behalf of the children of the Hanover
Schools. FHM invites all community members with an appreciation for
music to assist them in their efforts as they look for creative ways
to support the music programs in our schools. To learn more about the

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

Gwendolyn the Graceful Pig at the John Curtis Library

The library will host a special story and dance program on Saturday,
December 17th at 11:00 a.m. Author David Rottenburg will read his book
Gwendolyn, The Graceful Pig while students from the Dance Studio of
Hanover perform the story to music. The story is about a young pig who
longs to be a ballerina and her friend who wants to join the football
team.

After the performance, the dancers will present a brief movement
lesson for children. This is a drop-in event—no tickets or

Free Electronic Waste Collection Event
The South Shore Recycling Cooperative is coordinating a free
electronic waste collection event on Saturday, December 10 from 9:00
a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the South Shore Vocational Technical High
School, 476 Webster Street. This event is sponsored by Samsung, with
services provided by Electronics Recyclers International.
Residents, businesses and municipal departments may bring the
following items for recycling at no charge:
Televisions, computer monitors, computers, laptops, printers, computer
keyboards and accessories, DVD players, VCR’s, stereo equipment,
radios, cell phones, telephones, fax machines, toasters, irons, or any
small item with an electrical cord.
Large appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, washing machines and
dryers will not be accepted.
If a collection event in Abington or Plymouth on the same day is more
convenient for you, or if you simply want more information, go to

juice, bagels and donuts.
