*”Cook with Me at the Rec Center!”*
Do you love to cook with the adults in your life? Or perhaps you want
to help out around the house and want to impress your family with
something you made yourself? This course will help you become more
confident in the kitchen! You will learn kitchen safety, menu planning
and basic cooking skills. The importance of cooking whole foods and
eating nutritionally balanced meals. Some of the meals you will cook
are Tuscan smoked turkey, bread and pizza dough and so much more!
*When:* Thursdays (1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16)
