/Hanover Parks and Recreation is offering 2 Yoga Classes starting on
January 7th:/
*Rockstar Yoga for Tweens and an Adult Class for Weight Loss! *
*Rockstar Tween Yoga*
Tweens rock! Yoga is a fabulous way for girls to have a great time and
learn about themselves in a supportive environment. In addition to
exploring the basics of yoga, this program will help girls:
•Build self-esteem
•Learn about powerful mind-body connection
• Promote better posture, flexibility and focus
•Understand the importance of self care and self acceptance
Girls should bring a yoga mat and water.

*When:* Mondays for 6 weeks

*Time:* 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
*Cost:* $60/session OR $100 for both sessions

Are you ready to make a change in the way you feel about movement?
Feel out of place at the gym and looking for a new happy way to
exercise? Or just ready to see how yoga can rev up your metabolism and
help you feel like living a healthier life? Come join us for an
enjoyable yoga class where music and breath take you into a “moving
meditation” that will jump start your healthy happy life!
Bring a yoga mat, water and comfortable clothing that moves with you!
Open to Adults; all ages and fitness levels! No yoga or fitness
experience necessary.
