Check out the Whole New U Weight Loss For Life Program at the Rec
Center!
Lose weight for good and embrace a Whole New U! This is an adult
weight loss program that will teach you how to lose weight and keep it
off forever. Through discussion and education, you will see more
consistent, permanent weight loss results while avoiding the unhealthy
ups and downs of fad diets and expensive, ineffective weight loss
programs.
This program will help you:
•Improve eating habits
•Learn to deal with life changes and weight plateaus
•Understand and reduce cravings
•Learn about emotional, binge and boredom eating
•Increase your energy and enjoy better sleep
•Appreciate your body
•And give you support, skills, strategies and information you need
to achieve and maintain your weight loss goals.
Instructor: Julianne McLaughlin, a Certified Weight Loss and Nutrition
Counselor, is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as
well as a Personal Trainer, Pilates and Spin Instructor. Learn more
