Hanover Police team up with the Children’s Museum

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

Hanover Police Officer John Voelkel will be presenting Stranger Danger at
1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25th at the Children’s Museum at the Hanover
Mall. This comes with $3 admission. He will have a workshop that addresses
some difficult topics such as “Keep No Secrets” and quick tips on what
to do when approached by a stranger. Please note that this is an early
release day for the elementary schools!

Also on the same day, at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday March 25th, Bear Scouts looking
to earn the “Law Enforcement is a Big Job” Achievement or any other
scout looking to fill an elective can attend a presentation by Officer
Voelkel on fingerprinting and foot print making. This is FREE to Scouts.
Please come in uniform, and scouts must be accompanied by a parent.

For more information, please contact Juvelyn Hartweg at
jshartweg@hotmail.com . The Children’s Museum is located in the Sears
wing of the Mall, and they do a great job! Check it out!
