Dear fellow Hanoverians:
This just in from the good folks at the Hanover Food Pantry!
To all the generous citizens of Hanover,
The postal workers food drive will be held this Saturday, May 10. Either
your postal worker or a Hanover volunteer will pick-up your donation at
your mail box.
Please leave donations at your box Saturday morning before 10:00 am.
Please use double plastic bags for rain proofing.
Below is a suggested donation list:
Canned meats: chicken, hash, Lite Spam.
Canned fruit.
Soups and stews.
Jelly and peanut butter.
Mac and Cheese, Rice and Helper Dinner mixes.
Cereal, crackers, cookies, pudding and jello mixes.
Coffee, tea and juice.
Paper goods: paper towels, toilet tissue, tissues, napkins, plastic wrap,
plastic storage bags.
Home products: dish and laundry detergent, toothpaste and toothbrushes,
soap, shampoo and conditioner.
As always, thank you for your generous support of the pantry. Hanover is
such a giving community and we are so blessed with all the donations
received and church, school, business and civic group participation.
