Dear fellow Hanoverians:
Please join the Professional Firefighters of Hanover at their 4th Annual
Touch A Truck fundraiser on September 26th 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00
p.m. at B. Everett Hall Field in Hanover; rain date is September 27th. The
event is a fundraiser for the community. This year, proceeds will be going
towards playground improvements in the Town of Hanover.
The event will feature over 40 vehicles and other equipment from private
and public entities for kids to get up close to, touch and climb inside and
out of. In addition to the number and array of trucks, this event will
feature so much more. There will be over 20 vendors and other participants
offering family-friendly goods and services, many of whom will be providing
a fun activity or game to enjoy. There will also be many other activities
such as bounce houses, face painting, balloon artists, caricature drawings,
music, entertainment, Hoof n’ Whiskers 4-H small petting zoo, some pretty
cool raffles and more! The Plymouth County Sheriff will be there providing
Child ID Kits and the Hanover Police will be providing information about
child safety seat installations. There will also be food, beverages and
snacks available for purchase. Don’t miss the very popular fire
department ladder truck candy drop(s)!
There is a suggested donation of $3/person or $5/two people with a maximum
of $20/family for admission. Aside from admission, food, raffles and a few
other small items, everything is free! So, come on down to B. Everett Hall
Field in the Center of Town for what promises to be a fun filled event for
