Evening of Music

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

On Saturday October 1st, Cardinal Cushing Centers will be hosting an
evening of music featuring Aldous Collins Band, with special guest Jay
Psaros. The show will be emceed by Stan Blackmur, host of South Shore Live,
publisher of South Shore Magazine and realtor.

Enjoy hors d’oeuvres courtesy of Wahlburgers, Alma Nove, and Squires, as
well as a cash bar. Special thanks to Kappy’s Wine and Spirits of Norwell
for providing beer and wine for the event. Approximate set times are Jay
Psaros at 7:00 p.m., and Aldous Collins Band at 8:00 p.m.

“Hosting two bands with such growing fan bases in our community gives us
the opportunity to not only provide a great event to the general public,
but also the chance to introduce guests to the Cushing Community, and the
student and adults with intellectual disabilities that we support,” says
Jansi Chandler, VP of Development.

help benefit the individuals with intellectual disabilities supported by

Cardinal Cushing Centers, Inc. is in the business of changing lives. A
non-profit organization founded in Hanover, MA in 1947, Cushing Centers
began as a day and residential school for students with intellectual
disabilities. With additional locations in Braintree, Cushing now supports
over 600 individuals of all ages, with the goal of helping each student and
adult to become included and independent members of society. Programs
include, among others, affordable housing, community programs, education,
employment training, recreational, therapeutic, and residential services.
