Phil Beal, a Hanover icon

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

Earlier this year, Philip C. “Phil” Beal passed on peacefully after a
period of declining health. Phil was born and raised in Hanover. After
completing his education and military service, Phil returned to town with
his wife Barbara to raise their family. They resided there for 40 years.
For twenty of those years he was Superintendent of Public Works for the
Town. Active in the community, he was also a member of the Hanover, MA
Board of Water Commissioners, the Hanover Fire Department, Freemasons
Phoenix Lodge A.F. & A.M., Rotary International, and the American Legion.

On October 14th at 2:00 p.m., the family will host a Celebration of Life at
the First Parish Church in Norwell. All who knew Phil are welcome to join
in the celebration of his life and legacy. A brief reception will follow in
the Parish Hall.

When: Saturday, October 14th, 2017
Time: 2:00 p.m.
Where: First Parish Church Of Norwell, 24 River St, Norwell

Please RSVP: bealandpartners@att.net
