Dear fellow Hanoverians:
Do you know a Hanover kid who plays softball.or maybe you wish you did
business with her family? How about baseball? The Hanover Youth Softball
and Baseball teams are looking for members of the business community for
their support. Now is your chance to “step up to the plate” (literally and
figuratively!) and partner with some of the highest enrollment sports in
Hanover. This just in from HYAA!
PLAY BALL WITH HYAA!
Softball and baseball season is just around the corner! Hanover Youth
Athletic Association (HYAA) is looking for local area businesses interested
in becoming a sports partner for the upcoming baseball/softball season.
HYAA is a non-profit, tax-deductible organization that remains committed to
providing children from all economic backgrounds the opportunity to
participate in a youth sport. In recent years, sports participation in
Hanover has grown by nearly 50% and today HYAA is proud to have over 700
families as active members. The recent growth in participation has also
driven the need for additional fields and sports facilities and their
maintenance to accommodate the high demand. There are a variety of ways in
which businesses can extend their advertising network and support local
youth sports at the same time. First, sponsor a softball or baseball team!
Companies can have their name printed on the back of each player’s jersey.
Think of the good will you will generate in Hanover! Additionally,
companies can sponsor a 5’x 3′ field sign with their logo that will be
displayed at all games at Ellis Field on Circuit Street from April ’09
through November ’09.
If you’re interested in working with HYAA to support these endeavors, or for
more information, please contact Jim Pascarelli for softball sponsorships at
jim.pascarelli@tabs.toshiba.com or playballhyaa@comcast.net for baseball by
Monday, March 30th.
