Dear fellow Hanoverians:
(It was brought to my attention that ATOTW had some technical difficulties
when this e-mail went out a week and a half or two ago. Therefore, we are
re-sending it since the information is all still valid through the rest of
the month. Apologies if you have seen this info already. Just press
delete!)
Please join me in welcoming the librarians back from their furloughs! You
all have been missed and we hope you are well. I’m not sure who is happier
to have you back – Library Director Ginny Johnson or the rest of Hanover.
:) Glad to have you back in our midst – if even from a distance!
The John Curtis Free Library is offering video programming for children and
families by performers who would have visited us in person this summer.
All of these performers have visited our library in past years and have
been very enthusiastically received by audiences. Here is the lineup with
links to the videos, all of which may be viewed at any time through the
month of August.

Long, long ago, two kids go on a daring adventure to find a dragon and save
the kingdom from the Ice Sorceress! When things don’t go as planned,
however, they must turn to themselves (and to science!) for the answer. A
fun fantasy adventure with dry ice effects!
Since 2004, Science Tellers has been providing children and their families
with fun, experiential science education through the art of interactive
storytelling.
This program is funded by the Friends of the John Curtis Library.

Wizard’s own story, his magical journey and how he became a wizard.
This program is funded by the Friends of the John Curtis Library.
