As always, my hope with
“Around Town on the Web” is that I offer Hanover residents balanced
information that might be of concern. So, in the interest of fairness, I
offer the following e-mail sent to me recently by Viola Ryerson:
Voters
will soon be making an important decision whether to keep their present
form of town government or change it to a Town manager form. A group
of people who believe in traditional values and townspeople’s ability to
self-govern are asking for your help in maintaining our current form of town
government. If you would like to help this grass-roots effort, please:
Go to
Town Meeting and vote “no” on this proposal.
Talk with
people who have opposing views and respect their right to an opinion.
Vote
“no” at the polls.
