The Hanover Historical Society presents a sound experience for the
holidays:
Sleigh bells ring at the Stetson House
514 Hanover Street
Saturday, December 13th, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Hanover’s Historic Drummer Samuel Stetson House, barn, cobbler’s shop,
and grounds will be open for a special one-day holiday experience this
year. The event will feature restored vintage sleighs from the Society’s
collections put on display. The house and barn will be decorated with an
interactive bell display, featuring original and reproduction sleigh bells,
cow bells, and hand bells. Play Jingle Bells on the bells. The event will
feature Jessy O’Malley, a local performer and childhood educator, who
runs Little Beats, a popular, interactive music class designed to share the
joy of singing, movement, and creative play with young children. There will
be scavenger hunts, refreshments, and ornaments for sale.
