This just in from the good folks at the Hanover Schools!
They are thrilled to announce that kindergarten and preschool registration
for the 2026-2027 school year will open on Monday, January 26, 2026.
Parents/guardians should use the online tool, Registration Express, powered
by Halix, to register their child(ren).
Getting Started
To get started on the Halix platform, you must have a user account.
If you already have a Halix account, simply log in with that account.
If you do not have a Halix account, you can create a user account at any
time.

Preschool
Families registering a child for preschool will need to complete the online
registration with supporting documents by February 13, 2026.
Moving from our current Cedar School Preschool to Kindergarten.
If your child is currently enrolled in the Hanover Public Schools preschool
program, you will need to enroll them for Kindergarten. When you log in to
Halix, look for the quick-registration button to choose PK to K
registration.
A child who will be five years old before September 1, 2026, will be
eligible for kindergarten next year.
Please note that you will need to provide an updated physical exam and
immunization record, labeled “most recent physical,” in the
Documentation step.
Preschool Tuition
Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $2,500.
After your registration is processed, they will send you a follow-up email
with instructions for making the required $250 deposit and the remaining
balance.
If the number of applicants for preschool peers exceeds the number of
spaces available in the program, peer candidates will be placed on a
waitlist.
Three-year-old children will attend the morning preschool class, and
four-year-old children will attend the afternoon preschool class.
Kindergarten
Families who are registering their child for kindergarten are encouraged to
complete the online registration with supporting documents by February 13,
2026.
Kindergarten Tuition
Tuition for full-day kindergarten is $3,750 for the year. There is no
tuition for half-day kindergarten.
After your registration is processed, they will send you a follow-up email
with instructions for making the required $500 deposit and the remaining
balance.
