Healthy Steps Mall Walking Program
~ FREE: "Healthy Steps" Mall Walking Program every Mon. – Sat., 8:00 a.m. –
10:00 a.m. and Sundays, 10:30 a.m. – noon
~ FREE: Monthly speaker series every first Tuesday of each month from 8:30
a.m. – 9:30 a.m. ~ Refreshments by Dunkin’ Donuts
~ FREE: Weekly Exercises in Center Court with Ann Fraser every Friday from
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
~ FREE: Blood Pressure Clinic by Norwell Visiting Nurse and Hospice
Association on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
